Current Season

Welcome to our 20th Anniversary Season!

To all our fans:
In light of the recent guidelines from public health agencies, we have made the decision to cease rehearsals and cancel our planned spring concerts on May 2 and 9.
While we will miss singing together and especially sharing these concerts with you, we recognize that helping to minimize the impact of COVID-19 in our community takes precedence.
If circumstances permit, we will re-schedule our concerts; if we do, you will be the first to hear!
If you have already bought tickets you may return them at the outlet you bought them from. Online purchases will be refunded automatically.
As you may be aware, we rely on concert revenue for our operations so donations at this time are particularly welcome!  You can find our Canada Helps page here:
We hope that you and your loved ones stay safe through this difficult time.  We are so lucky to have such generous audiences and supporters.

Join Victoria’s premier women’s choir this May for Wellspring, a bright, enlivening, musical burst of spring!

Ensemble Laude’s 20th anniversary concerts bring together all that is best of Victoria’s beloved choir, with era-sweeping melodies from medieval to modern. Join us to hear sparkling pieces such as Wedding Qawwali by A.R. Rahman, Ola Gjeilo’s Ubi Caritas and Media Vita by Michael McGlynn. Two new commissions are featured by Canadian composers Robert Ingari and Sarah Quartel with Laude singer/songwriter Kristia di Gregario. Signature pieces include Ma Belle Dame Souveraine by Dufay and Part Uusberg’s Muusika.

This spring, let Ensemble Laude sweep you off your feet at Wellspring!
