Bree Anne Bartle-Clar

EMERGING ARTIST – Bree Anne Bartle-Clar has been singing for as long as she can remember. She was born and raised on Songhees territory, in Oak Bay. A long trail of school choirs strengthened her love of choral music and the joy she found in group singing. Inspired by her teachers, she is currently in her last year of the UVic Bachelors of Music Education program, with a minor in English. At UVic, she is currently studying with Anne Grimm, and has sung with UVic’s Vocal Ensemble, Vocal Jazz and Chamber Singers.

Bree Anne was also a founding member of the student group Trio Moirai, which performed a variety of music from Byzantine Chant to contemporary cantatas. Most recently, She represented British Columbia in the 2026 National Youth Choir of Canada. When not singing, Bree Anne is passionate about reading, sewing, baking, and her summer job as a camp counsellor.

Bree Anne is an Emerging Artist in our 2026-27 season.
