Vox Femina

The Vox Femina project was a part of Ensemble Laude’s resilience plan after the 2020 pandemic shut down so much of our lives. 


Led by Artistic Director Elizabeth MacIsaac and Associate Director Christina Banman, this album features the 44-voice choir singing a gorgeous collection of a cappella choral music from current women composers. 


The album was launched at our spring 2024 Bloom! concert

Ensemble Laude presents a selection of our favourite pieces across the centuries from around the world. Our special interest in medieval music serves as the point of departure.
